I got this gorgeous oval mirror at a garage sale this past weekend for $5. I fell in love immediately with the frame, unfortunately the mirror was cracked and missing about 3/4 of the way down.

I was left with part of a mirror and cardboard. Bill cut me a piece of wood to fit in the empty space. I painted it gold, crackled it with a cream color, and added a beautiful magnolia transfer. To hide the seam where the wood meets the mirror, I used a spare piece of trim that fit perfectly.

The reflection in the mirror is Photoshop, of course!

This beautiful piece is headed to our booth at the Columbia Antique Marketplace

Something motivated me to get back to painting this past week. And what a blessing it has been! These are pieces that have been sitting in our garage that are finally getting the attention they deserve! I love that we are able to start giving our booths some beautiful pops of color and character.

I have been able to pull out my stencils and transfers from old dusty bins and put them back to use.

We just refreshed our booth at the thespringhillantiquemall. We would love for you to come visit!

Yep, I painted it. When a piece sits in our booth for several months without any interest, it's time to do something different. We moved it from our booth in Spring Hill to our booth in Columbia, then listed it on Marketplace....nothing! So here she is, and I'm not gonna lie, I love her!

She's available for $195

Working on a gorgeous Lane console table. As nice as it was, it sat with its blonde wood in our booth for months. It is getting a makeover like I have not done in quite some time. Paint, floral, transfers, and some light distressing. Let's see if we can get this thing sold!
