🎉 Meet , our newest Senior Customer Success Manager based in Squamish, British Columbia.

Before joining Jumpmind, Danielle spent five years as a wholesale sales rep for surf and snow sport brands, managing hundreds of retail relationships across Western Canada. She later moved into competitive research and go-to-market strategy for another POS solution, where Jumpmind kept coming up for all the right reasons.

What drew her in? "I kept hearing they had a great product, but also that their team genuinely makes customers feel like an extension of the company. That kind of shared-success ethos was exactly what I was looking for."

Now she's helping shape how Customer Success operates at scale, building the rhythms, frameworks, and programs that define how Jumpmind partners with retailers for the long haul.

Outside of work, Danielle is a self-described serial hobbyist. Skiing since age three, gravel biking, hiking The Chief in Squamish, sewing, floral arranging, and travel photography across Portugal, Italy, and beyond.

Proud to be the host for CoolTechGirls two years running! Software/hardware, coding, engineering, and a whole lot of girl power. This is what building the future looks like.

We hosted our first annual in-office table tennis tournament recently, and the competition was tough! After some close matches, Joe Corbin came out on top as our champion. 🏓 Congrats, Joe!

We had a blast at our recent team bonding day filled with friendly competition at Activate and a great dinner at Condado. It was the perfect combo of challenge, laughs, and good food. Such a fun way to connect and recharge together!
