Today I went to wreath workshop and made this. It’s a favorite seasonal activity I do with a friend.
It’s disco Christmas people. Relish it!!

Plus I’m picking up something pretty magical tomorrow!
Those capiz shell lampshades are AHMAZING.
Not perfect so the price won’t be outrageous- but pretty damn awesome and a set??
Trying to decide if I should pair with brass lamps or just let their new owner find lamps…

Dropped a few things off at yesterday.
Did a quick spin through and found about 10 things I want.

I cut some more dahlias today. Some were hit by frost earlier this week. Most were not.
I thought about digging up the tubers today - but there are 20 buds on them and I just can’t cut them yet. It’s supposed to be lovely actually in Ohio this week - so I’m going to see what happens.
Also, one of my dearest friends despises my paper mache Cleopatra. She insists it should be taken from this room.
I love it though.
But I love friends that have zero problem being honest. Don’t you?

Anyone thinking Thanksgiving tablescape yet?

made a really really hard decision to postpone today.
It’s been raining and raining and today was supposed to storm. For days the weather apps all said the same damn thing.
April and Emma have spent countless hours trying to create a one of kind experience for shoppers at this event.
The decision to postpone until Saturday could not have been easy!
But - that means I get to support .prairie twice in a week and pick@up flowers Saturday and today.
Win- win for me!

Quick drop off at today. And I noticed that had the matching side table to my sofa table! Henredon Asian Ming Folio Collection. The finish is a faux goat skin.

Dropped a few things today. Including these two vintage brass/bronze Palm Floor Lamps.
Some research said these are Art Deco. Other research said 70’s era.
I’m tempted to believe Art Deco - the wiring was tricky. I updated the connections and they are working like a charm!
They are stunning!
This golden Henredon chair has obvious to me been looked at by several people! It’s moved around each time I pop in.
That’s not upsetting me one but! Im just sharing information in case you are in love with it!
I also brought in some Pyrex and new glassware.
You should go! I saw a couple other vendors restocking also!

Finished up this vintage marble top coffee table.
I painted it a soft light blue because - well I like it. And it’s color without being in your face.
Also please note that the modern art I paired with table looks AMAZING.
(Yes, my arms are long enough to pay myself on the back 😉)
