Due to the continuing electrical problems throughout the County , Judge Keough has ordered that all nonessential services be temporarily suspended. Therefore the Conroe /
North Montgomery County Recycle Center will be closed on Thursday
July 11.2024.Please call 936-539-7911 or 936-333-3799 to determine if we are open before loading & attempting to bring your recyclables to our facility.

As a result of the hurricane & subsequent utility issues, the Conroe / North Montgomery County Recycle Center has been closed since Monday July 8 ,2024 . We will reopen as soon as possible. Please call before you attempt to recycle as we are currently unable to project the date for reopening.

Commissioner Walker’s Spring Heavy Trash Day - A great time to get rid of items that don’t normally recycle. Time to get rid of paint ,tires , carpet , furniture, mattresses , etc. If you have any questions, call before you load . 936-539-7911 & on the day of the event, 936-333-3799 .
