This home got a whole new flow! ✨ The kitchen, pantry and laundry room were completely redesigned to make everyday life work a little better.

The old laundry room is now a butler’s pantry, and the new laundry space includes storage made with the kids in mind. More function, more storage—and a fresh new look throughout.

Fall has a way of bringing everyone back into the kitchen.

Football weekends. Family dinners. Holiday prep. Friends gathered around the island while someone finishes cooking.

And it’s usually during those busy moments that you really notice whether your kitchen works well. If you notice you are in need of an upgrade, schedule a consultation with us as your first step: gabrielskitchenandbath.com/contact-us/

There are hundreds of decisions that go into a kitchen design, and the best spaces are the ones where those decisions work together.

Some choices are visual. Others are completely functional. Most affect both.

Our job is to look at the entire space and make sure each decision makes sense as part of the bigger picture.

Because designing a kitchen isn’t just choosing beautiful materials.

It’s making sure everything works together once you’re actually living in the space.

Before choosing cabinet colors, countertops or hardware, start with a much bigger question:

How do you actually use your kitchen?

Think about your everyday routine.

Where do groceries land when you walk in?
Who usually cooks?
Do multiple people need prep space at the same time?
Where do the kids grab snacks?
Do you entertain often?
What appliances stay out on the counter every day?
What do you wish you had more room for?

Those answers help determine everything from the layout and island size to appliance placement and storage.

A kitchen can look beautiful in a photo, but the best kitchen design should also make your day-to-day life easier.

That’s why we start with function, and design around you from there.

One of our favorite parts of designing a kitchen? Finding ways to make the space work better for the people using it every day.

Storage isn’t just about adding more cabinets. It’s about choosing the right storage for what you actually need to put away.

That might mean:

• Deep drawers for pots and pans
• Pull-outs that make pantry items easier to reach
• Dedicated appliance storage to keep counters clear
• Tray and cutting board dividers
• Trash and recycling built into cabinetry
• Customized storage for the things you use most

These details may not be the first thing you notice in a finished kitchen, but they can completely change how the kitchen functions.

When we’re designing a space, we’re thinking about more than how it looks. We’re thinking about what will make everyday life easier.

A finished kitchen gets all the attention, but there are a lot of important steps that happen before the final reveal.

Once the overall design is in place, each phase starts bringing the plan to life — cabinetry, countertops, tile, lighting, appliances and all of the details that pull the space together.

This stage is also where good planning really matters. Measurements, clearances, appliance placement and the way each finish works with the next have already been considered long before installation begins.

We love watching a kitchen go from plans and selections to a space our clients can finally see taking shape.

A custom detail in the making.

This kitchen is ready for its next finishing touch: a custom-made tile backsplash designed specifically for the space.

We love seeing the materials come together before installation — especially when the backsplash adds a little personality to an already beautiful kitchen.

Can’t wait to share the finished look!

Smart storage, hidden in plain sight.

This custom appliance cabinet with pocket doors gives everyday appliances a dedicated home without taking over the countertop. When it’s time to use them, the doors tuck neatly out of the way. When you’re finished, simply close them up for a clean, streamlined look.

It’s a small design detail that can make a big difference in how a kitchen looks—and functions.
