Guess who’s back? Back again! Tell a friend! Haha

After being on pause for over a year, John’s Custom Woodworks is finally back up and running!! 2025 was a blur with moving and setting up a new shop, but I am excited to say that the woodworking projects have resumed! Reach out to me if you are considering any custom furniture, and I’d love to help you design the perfect piece. Check out some of the projects that have recently left the shop….

Meanwhile at John’s Custom Woodworks, just sent these matching ash nightstands and bookshelf out. Custom size, soft close drawers, and stained to match headboard, these units will be around for a long time.

A couple things coming from John’s Custom Woodworks lately. A 12 person solid cherry dining table with natural finish constructed in antique planked fashion by request. Also a double locker mud bench complete with soft close hinges and drawers to help keep all the chaos contained. Thanks Barbara Jared and Julie Ford Randolph!

A couple things coming out of the shop lately. A little trim went a long way in dressing up the vent over the range in this house. The other set of pics is a custom table and bench to perfectly fit in a breakfast nook area. Message me at John’s Custom Woodworks if you have a project in mind!

Year end photo dump: here are several of my latest projects to round out 2023. Solid maple dining room table built to seat 14, a set of custom double bunk beds (twins over queens) with storage drawers, adjustable lighting and wireless charging, and finally a maple double dog kennel with removable divider and sliding barn doors. Thanks to everyone for the encouragement this year! Check out John’s Custom Woodworks for more

Design created by the customer and made rustic by request, this one was built to last! From the thick red oak top to the drawers and shelving, the stained red oak grain really gives this piece a farmhouse feel. Custom designed to fit the space and finished with a clear lacquer topcoat, it will bring functionality and flare to this kitchen for years to come! Message me with your project ideas and let’s build something awesome!
