We did our first ever commercial job last weekend.
Select physical therapy in Crawfordsville on Lebanon Rd is getting a complete remodel, and we were trusted to do the painting portion.
We also installed a chair rain in the waiting area, which isn’t something we’ve ever done before, but I’d say we did pretty good.
Something about this company is I don’t have employees. Instead, I bring on colleagues who all specialize in different areas. Once everything is done, we split everything evenly 4 ways.
The people I bring on to help are colleagues, NOT employees. Therefore, they work harder and do a quality job.
Big companies can do work like this if they invested in people instead of themselves.
Rant over
