Akemi Colour Bond For the fast, simple and reliable attainment of invisible joints for quartz and natural stone. The more than 50 Colour Bond colours are identical to those of the 1-component sealant COMPOSIL (same colour codes) for expansion and connection joints on composite stone

A special impregnation which repels water, grease and oil. Used to protect flooring, table tops and working surfaces made of absorbent natural and artificial stone.

Prevents the stone from staining or makes the removal of spots much easier, the stone remains capable of breathing. The protective effect already begins after some minutes and is fully effective after 2-3 hours. Normally the colour of the stone remains unchanged. Special substances work against a laminar wetting through liquid drops. Ball-shaped liquid pearls which lie only selectively on top of the stone surface, run off the surface. Also suited for cotto, terracotta and terres quites surfaces as well as unglazed clay tiles and bricks.

AKEPOX® 5010 is a gel-like, 2-component construction adhesive, only slight tendency to discolour, ideal for colouring, free of solvents, weather-resistant, foodsafe (certified by an external German testing institute)
For bonding of face joints indoors and outdoors (facades, mitre joints) and quadratures, in conjunction with mortar for restoration work, ideal for white natural and artificial stones. Adding colouring pastes is recommended outdoors in order to hide the yellowing effect. For Techno Ceramics, quartz, concrete ashlar and hard stone. Mixing ratio 2:1.

K-Bond VIVID is a premium quality, low color Vinyl Ester stone adhesive. K-Bond VIVID is a corrosion resistant, ultra fast curing, high adhesion adhesive. For use with natural stone, quartz, ceramics, porcelains and dense surfacing material. Perfect for application with light or white substrates. Uses include bonding, laminating, miters, installation of pieces, and repairs.

With the help of the Akemi Color Charts, thousands of natural stones, quartz, solid surfaces and ceramics with different colors and structures can be precisely assigned to the same colored adhesives and sealants.

The recommendation is based on the AKEMI products: Color Bond, Spectrum Pastes with Platinum, AKEPOX® 5010 Colored, Everclear 300 and Composil Silicone. It also takes into account whether the materials are used indoors or outdoors.
