This person will help shape inspiring workplace environments through creative, functional furniture solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with our design team, account managers, and project leaders to bring client visions to life.
 
We’re looking for someone strategic, creative, and collaborative; a designer who thrives on problem-solving, loves staying on top of trends, and enjoys building strong relationships in the A&D community. You’ll contribute to bids, presentations, networking, and project strategy, helping our clients achieve spaces that are as smart as they are beautiful.

🎉 We’re excited to welcome Stephanie Herrema to the Spencer + Company team as Director of Sales & Marketing! 
 
Stephanie brings 7 years of experience in the furniture industry and over a decade of experience working in business development, sales, and marketing roles, building strong relationships with Commercial Real Estate and Corporate leaders along the way. She was drawn to Spencer + Company because of the company’s long-standing presence in the market and strong culture, and she’s looking forward to collaborating with the team and supporting our continued growth.
 
A few fun facts: Stephanie is definitely an outdoors and mountains person, chooses whiskey as her drink of choice, and is a big sports fan, especially college basketball and women’s volleyball (Go Badgers!), plus the Packers and Bucks… very on-brand for a Wisconsin native. Outside of work, she enjoys learning to golf, board games and puzzles, cooking, and hanging out with her kids. Her dream vacation is an African safari followed by wine tours in South Africa.
