Let us introduce you to Black River Barn: Coming in at just under 11,200 sq. ft., this enormous, fully custom commercial structure offers everything a bride and groom could want for their special day! 💍

The first floor features a 5,200 sq. ft. ceremony and reception hall that opens to the second story, with massive arched timber trusses and custom chandeliers. Also included on the main floor is a custom bar, ADA bathrooms, a full commercial kitchen, and a private groom’s suite, in addition to a two-story covered entryway and a wrap-around covered patio.

A split staircase in the main hall leads to a second-story loft with a bridal suite, where brides and bridesmaids can take advantage of a makeup station, private bathroom, dressing room, and staging area. The bridal suite also accesses a deck with stairs leading down to the main level.

Believe it or not, this gorgeous modern barn home started out as our Columbia Gable Barn Kit! 🌾

This highly personalized, 2,700 sq. ft. project boasts countless upgrades and customizations, including a reconfigured upstairs floor plan featuring an open-concept kitchen and living room with a primary bedroom suite, and a downstairs that was also converted into a highly functional living space with two additional bedrooms.

Additional upgrades include custom siding, windows, and skylights; two enclosed shed roofs; a 36’ shed dormer; a drive-through garage bay; and a 155 sq. ft. deck.
