Sanitization Protocol
till further notice;
No one is allowed in my workroom.
I do masked driveway dropoff and pickup at my shop and clients’ address. I have extra masks for clients if needed.
Either way, articles are left in my truck for three days after pickup/handoff, prior to delivery and are sanitized with the appropriate State approved bedding sanitation agent.

Just for fun.
I’ve had this heavy oak macmurdo desk chair kicking around for years without paying it any mind .
Inspiration strikes. It gets a new life.

He’s done it again!
The world renowned
artist and decorator
Hunt Slonem has published another lush volume, this time covering his latest completed project, the antique Col. Louis Watres Armory in Scranton PA.
The one time Federal Building has hosted 5 presidents in its century of public gatherings in its massive indoor Drill Hall. Having been given up by the Army, Hunt now lovingly treats the castle as his own lavish private dwelling. The enormous undertaking of decorating the dozens of the castle’s parlors, salons, grand stairs, chambers, turret rooms, hallways, hardened munitions vaults and pool represents years of diligent care of a large crew with every tiny detail directed personally by the artist.
It’s scarcely possible to imagine this place bare and empty but I wandered here, through barren echoing spaces stunned by what it needed according to Hunt’s other homes. I’ve seen a lot in my many years in the decorating trade but this to me is the crowning achievement, especially for myself.
Almost all of the over a thousand pieces of antique upholstered furnishings were prepped, delivered and installed by me. As I tour these many now completed spaces I jokingly refer to it as a museum to me and my work. I’ve found and reworked a portion of the items myself, finding Hunt a ready buyer for only the best stuff.
I Can’t take the credit from the boss though. This is decorating taken to its ultimate height and I was just along for the ride.
