Two quartersawn white oak doors for a storefront in Germantown, OH. They are each 8 tall by 3' wide and 1 3/4 thick. Domino XL 14mm tenons. Finished with a semitransparent finish called Rubio Durogrit. Glad to combine my love for woodworking and historic rehabilitation. Maybe I just started a new thing?

Ope! How'd that pretzel get in there? Took a little liberty on this one. Put a little "Easter egg" in this epoxy pour for my next big project. Anyone else put personal touches on their custom work? Delivery day tomorrow...stay tuned!!!

Well this turned out fabulous! Custom reception desk for ReBath Dayton. Hard maple surround, ReBath Sofitel Gold stone, custom fabricated sign, and painted welded steel. How do you think it came out?
Reception desks, Point of Sales Counters, and large pieces of furniture are sort of my sweet spot.

Took my daughter back to Massachusetts this Thanksgiving. She was lucky enough to visit the bench of and learn a few things. I think Dad did too. It was great to see you and thanks for the memories!!!

Gotta keep those clamps occupied, so I sneak away sometimes and give them a little love.This, for those not too familiar, is a a near perfect glue squeeze out. Getting real close to cutting board season!

There are twenty cutting boards in there somewhere. Just getting started. It takes a day or two to get up to speed and nail down my process. 3d boards brick pattern, end grain, and a few reclaimed white oak boards are all in the process.
Should I or shouldn't I do a batch of Ohio boards this year? Any specific requests?
