Recently, Ron traveled to Mexico to visit one of our longtime partners, Taracea. Whenever the opportunity arises to visit their sawmill in Toluca, he takes it—not just to explore the remarkable wood species and natural variations, but to personally hand-select veneers, materials, and reclaimed elements that will eventually become one-of-a-kind furnishings for the home.

It’s a process rooted in craftsmanship, sustainability, and an appreciation for the natural beauty of every board, grain, and detail.

Last weekend’s Art Walk was a reminder of what makes community matter, local artists, local businesses, and moments that ask us to slow down.

We loved watching .art make progress with her beautiful piece of leopards resting beneath the trees. A quiet reminder to pause, rest, and enjoy good company. 🤍🌿
