Meet the owners....
Lester Bauguess is the owner of the Ashley HomeStores in Dover DE. He lives in the Baltimore MD area and works daily at the corporate office in Newark DE.
Kim Bauguess is the daughter of Lester and is the company CEO. She and her family also reside in the Baltimore MD metro area, but works weekdays at the corporate office in in Newark, DE.
