Hi, I'm Brandon Farkas, a dedicated family man and skilled woodworker. I've been married for 15 years and have two wonderful children who bring happiness to my life. My love for woodworking began at a young age, when I helped my grandpa Beaver in his garage. This experience is the one of the reasons we have a beaver in our logo, as a tribute to my grandpa and the foundation of my love for woodworking. Over the years, my hobby has turned into a successful business, and I take pride in creating functional and unique pieces. My motto, "I Build Cool Stuff!", embodies my passion for bringing my ideas to life through wood. When I'm not in the woodshop, you'll find me at my children's sporting events, where I love to show my support. I believe in the importance of family, and I enjoy spending my free time with my loved ones and relaxing with a cold "Yellow Belly". We look forward to working with you and creating your next custom cool creation for your home. THE SHOP UPDATE NOBODY ASKED FOR… 😂

Well… this is what happens when you spend the last week actually building stuff n things instead of putting it away.

Every project starts with, “I’ll clean up when I’m done.”

Then another project starts.

Then another.

Then you need that one tool you KNOW is somewhere in the shop…

So you move 47 things, create three new piles, lose the tool you were looking for, and somehow end up standing in the middle of the shop wondering what the hell happened. 😂

At this point, I'm pretty sure the shop has developed its own ecosystem.

There are piles I don't recognize.

Tools have gone into witness protection.

Scrap wood has formed small communities.

And that broom in the foreground?

That’s just there for moral support. 🤣

So today’s project is apparently PROJECT: FIND THE FLOOR.

Wish me luck.

Because after a week of chaos, sawdust, half-finished projects, and questionable organizational decisions…

We couldn’t pass up an opportunity to show off our faithful shop employees Duke and Dutch! ❤️

They may not always be the most productive or helpful, but they are still the favored co-workers around here… they rarely talk back and aren’t too demanding. Plus, payday involves treats instead of a check.

Now if we could only teach them to do some content creation… 🤔
