We’ve been a little quiet lately… but definitely not sitting still. 👀

We’ve been working behind the scenes on some projects that we’re pretty excited about, including this one.

A modern mixed-use development with commercial space on the ground level and residential apartments above designed with the same philosophy we bring to every Lavender + OAKS project:

Thoughtful design. Quality construction. No unnecessary complexity.

This is a project we’re currently exploring and are very likely to bring to life, and we can’t wait to share more as it develops.

This is just the beginning.

Some opportunities feel different.

This is one of them.

We’re excited to announce that we now have three incredible lots available in The Preserve in Mapleton…. an exclusive community surrounded by views, space, and the kind of setting that deserves a thoughtfully designed home.

Whether you envision classic elegance, modern mountain, or something uniquely yours, we would love to help you bring it to life here.

Three homesites.
Endless possibilities.

Let’s build something remarkable.

This might be one of our favorite rooms we have ever built!

The designer asked for a bunk room where cousins could stay over, kids could pile in for movies, and nobody would feel cramped.

This is the kind of space that reminds me why I love building homes. It’s not about the square footage, it’s about the memories that happen inside of it! Luxury isn’t always about marble and chandeliers. Sometimes it’s about creating spaces your kids will remember forever. This custom bunk room is certainly one of those!

Most budget overruns don’t come from bad subcontractors.
They come from decisions made before construction ever starts.

Floor plans that haven’t been value engineered, design selections locked in too late, schedules that ignore real lead times.

At Lavender+OAKS, we believe that “luxury” should feel calm and not chaotic. That means doing the hard thinking early, so clients don’t pay for it later.

Sunday dinners and slow conversations

At Lavender+OAKS we don’t believe the heart of the home is at the front door. It’s at the table. Kids laughter spilling across the room, prayers spoken softly before the meal. These moments don’t happen by accident. They happen in spaces that were designed with intention.

We build kitchens meant for gathering. Dining rooms meant for staying a little longer. Homes meant to hold life as it really is…. Messy, beautiful and deeply meaningful. Luxury isn’t just how something looks, it’s how it feels when the people you love are all in one place.

If you are dreaming of a home that supports those moments not just today but for generations, that’s what we build. Because in the end…. The table is where the memories live!

Basements don’t have to feel like basements!

This space was designed to feel just as bright, open and inviting as the rest of the home, because luxury isn’t about square footage…. It’s about how a space makes you feel.

At Lavender+OAKS we believe every level of your home should feel intentional, elevated, and filled with light… even the ones below ground.

Whether it’s a guest suite, home theater, gym, or even a wine room on display for your lifestyle, a basement should be a place you want to spend time…. Not avoid!

Give us a call for your next project need whether it’s a basement, remodel or new build, we are here to support you and bring your vision to life.

✨ EXCLUSIVE LISTING | MAPLETON, UTAH ✨

Lavender + OAKS is honored to be a part of an exclusive opportunity within The Preserve at Mapleton.

While this image captures a quiet road we were standing in winding through the redwoods, it reflects the feeling we seek in every estate we build, privacy, intention, and a sense of arrival.

The Preserve offers that same promise: space to design a timeless estate where nature and architecture exist in perfect balance.

We look forward to collaborating with the future owner to bring a dream estate to life thoughtfully, beautifully, and with purpose. We are excited to show you what’s possible!!! Stay tuned

✨ Another Project on the Horizon ✨

There’s a special kind of energy that fills our studio when a new project comes into the works. It’s that moment when ideas begin to take shape, when visions turn into sketches, and when we get to take the helm on design once again.

At Lavender + OAKS, this is where the magic begins, where Luxury Simplified meets intentional craftsmanship. From the first inspiration to the final detail, we pour our passion into creating spaces that feel elevated, meaningful, and beautifully personal.

Grateful for the trust. Inspired by the process. Ready to bring another dream to life. 🤍🏡
