Good afternoon to everybody in the South Shore. What do you think of having your attic or basement totally cleaned out and not being charged a penny for labor? That's right! Over the past year 30% of the homes I cleaned out I didn't charge one penny for labor! usually in those situations as long as the customer pays for a dumpster we will do the absolute best clean out of their attic, basement, entire home, outbuildings, you name it! as long as there is decent resale value in the home or in these areas, we use that as our profit. No fancy uniforms no crazy overhead just very good work ethic! In the situations where we do have to charge, I can guarantee you that we will do it at the cheapest cost! I also suggest you get two or three estimates when doing any kind of a job like that. We don't get turned down very often, as a matter of fact I can't remember the last time I didn't get a job after I gave an estimate for a clean out. So your first question is probably how is that possible? How can he possibly stay in business and do business in this manner? Quite simply I do all clean outs during the week from 8 AM until 2 PM and then all weekend long. the other hours during the week I work full-time at a job I've had for the past 28 years so it's not my only source of income.
