Removed the door, removed all the rotten wood (subfloor/bandboards), removed the plastic “flashing” that was previously there. Reinstalled new bandboard, new subfloor, new galvanized flashing, and reinstalled the existing door. This project will be continued with new vinyl siding where it’s missing and the rear door will be replaced at a later date.

** FREE QUOTES! ** This homeowner had someone repair some LVP flooring after some water damage & the newly replaced LVP flooring kept sliding around, so I noticed the repair wasn’t done correctly so I removed all the flooring and reinstalled the flooring and underlayment the correct way. Still gotta have the baseboards and trim redone at a later date.

Got this bathroom fully redone (besides the outlet cover), fixed all the rotten subfloor, redone majority of the plumbing, new shower/tub insert, ripped out all the wood paneling and Sheetrock off the walls and installed shiplap and crown molding. New light fixture, new toilet, new vanity, new flooring, then I filled all nail holes & got everything caulked and painted. Before and after pictures below! Love how this transformation turned out!

Homeowner had a rotten rear exterior door and rotten subfloor/ door transom. We removed majority of the rot, replaced it with fresh pressure treated materials, and replaced the entire door, frame, as well as the interior and exterior trim. Homeowner loves being able to see out of her back door and watch the wildlife in the yard!
