Hey, y’all! I thought it was time to introduce myself to those who may not know the face behind Forest City Furniture! 😊

I'm Donna, the owner of this little furniture business that means so much to me! 🏡❤️

A few things you should know about me…

✝️ First and foremost, I love the Lord! My faith is a huge part of who I am, and I know that without Him, none of this would be possible.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 My family is my world! My husband, my kids, and my grandbaby mean more to me than anything. They're my biggest blessings, my biggest motivation, and a huge part of why I do what I do.

🏁 I LOVE DRAG RACING! Give me the smell of race fuel, the sound of those engines, and some good old-fashioned horsepower, and I'm one happy girl! 😂🏎️

🛋️ And then there's my furniture store! Forest City Furniture isn't just a business to me. It's something I've poured my heart into, and I truly love helping families find furniture they can enjoy and make memories on for years to come. Every customer who walks through our doors means something to me, and I'm so thankful for everyone who supports our small, family-owned business.

❤️ A special moment with my girl. ❤️

As I look back on this incredible blessing for Forest City Furniture, I can't help but feel especially thankful to have my daughter by my side through it all. 🥹❤️

She is so much more than just my daughter. She is a helping hand, a listening ear, a source of encouragement, and such a joy to have alongside me in this business. She helps in so many ways, often behind the scenes, and brings so much more to Forest City Furniture than words can express. Having her beside me through the challenges, the hard work, and now moments like this makes it all that much sweeter.

Running a small business isn't always easy, and there are days when the road feels long. But moments like these remind me how blessed I am—not just by the opportunities God places in front of us, but by the people He places beside us along the way.

This $10,000 blessing from Synchrony is something I will always be grateful for, but having my daughter standing beside me in this picture is a blessing all on its own. ❤️

God has been so good to us, and I give Him all the glory. 🙏 I pray He continues to guide our steps, bless the work of our hands, and help us build something we can both be proud of.

Today was a day we will never forget! We are beyond grateful and humbled to have been chosen as the recipient of the $10,000 Synchrony Ticket to Success Sweepstakes. This is such a huge blessing for our business, and we truly couldn't be more thankful.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who came out to celebrate with us, to everyone who has supported our store, shopped with us, shared our posts, recommended us to friends and family, and encouraged us along the way. Every bit of support means more to us than you will ever know. Being a small, locally owned business isn't always easy, but the love and support of our community remind us why we keep pushing forward. ❤️
