Kalinaw means peaceful. This sign will hang above a ranch gate that will welcome missionaries taking a break, a place where they can be taken care of. The wood is reclaimed from the same property and the letters were cut to size, traced, hand-routed and stained.

We could have made this a guessing game but just keep scrolling…it’s a podium! Was fun making a modern version of something so traditional, and even more meaningful that a good friend will preach the good news from it at a new church plant.

Our sweet neighbor needed a planter box upgrade to home draping plants. The hope is that the plants will hide the brick abnormality, which is lovingly called The Mole.
