We headed out on a 600+ mile road trip to visit my family for Thanksgiving this year. On the morning of I realize our dear sweet Novillee had no hair ties and I had left last year's turkey had at home so in an attempt to tame her wild and frilly hair I stitched up a headband - the pattern on the band turned out wonderful, I was less than impressed with the turkey but with little time and materials it wasn't too bad.

I was asked to make a little girl's photo prop set with a Drag Racing fan in mind.... This had to be one of my more challenging projects but in the end I made a car, checked flag and "flame" themed diaper cover and headband.
