Our family-owned and operated clearance center sells brand-new sofas, sectionals, dining sets, and mattresses up to 70% below retail!

We keep our overhead low and operate by appointment so message us or call at 260-527-0058 to schedule. Everything is 40-70% off normal retail prices and brand new. We carry sectionals, sofa and loveseats, mattresses in all sizes (king, queen, twin, full, twin xl). We also carry adjustable bases, memory foam, hybrid mattresses, and mattresses in a box.

Scary Season Is Here. Our Pricing Isn't.

Happy Halloween from Fremont.

If you're hiding from trick-or-treaters tonight, you may as well do it somewhere comfortable. This is a taupe power reclining sectional, big enough for the whole crew plus whoever turns up with a pillowcase full of candy.

Nothing about our pricing changed for the holiday. It's the same warehouse model it was last week.

No Ghosting After the Sale

Brian D. had a power recliner quit on him. Here's what he wrote on our Google page:

"Only had my power recliner a few months when it suddenly stopped working. After letting the guys at the store know this, I had new parts at my house within a week and my chair operating back to normal. Great ownership and customer service!"

Things break. We can't promise that away. What we can do is answer the phone when you call, which is a lot easier when the owner is the one answering it.

That headline sounds like a radio ad. Here's the unglamorous version.

We buy by the truckload, straight from manufacturers and distributors. We put it on a concrete floor in a building with cheap rent, and we don't carry a big staff or a fancy showroom. What's left over is the gap between our price and a traditional retail price, and that gap goes to the customer.

Same brands. Same new product. Different overhead.

These are pillowtops, set up on the floor with the plastic off. Lie down on one, take your time, and nobody is going to hover over you while you do it.

New, name brand, and priced off the warehouse model instead of the retail one. Same mattress you'd find at a big store with a different number on it.

Rock-tober Prices on Furniture

Yes, we made the pun. No, nothing changed on the tags.

This is a row of reclining sofas and loveseats, priced the same way they were in August and the same way they'll be in December. Our pricing doesn't swing with the calendar. Our everyday prices beat others' sale prices! It's lower because we run a warehouse instead of a showroom and buy the same name brands the big stores buy.

The only thing October changed around here is the pun.

It isn't fancy, and that's on purpose. My family and I own this store, and we're the ones out here on the floor. Every dollar we don't spend making the place look like a fancy showroom is a dollar that stays out of the price. Same name brands the big stores carry. Different building, different math.
