Details matter and this custom walnut buffet is full of them. Commissioned by Camara Jackson | Interior Design and Renovation Specialist for a couple of her amazing, super sweet clients, this piece took months to make. It had to be a close to perfect as possible and I only had one shot at getting it right.

Each part of this cabinet was carefully measured several times before I cut anything. Then re-measured and triple checked against the approved measurements and sketch before assembly.

Finally, we finished the whole thing in Odie's Oil to bring out the full beauty and luster of the walnut. If the devil is in the details, this thing needs a full confession!

Happy clients + happy designer = happy craftsman. Now for a deep breath and well deserved weekend with friends. Happy Friday, y'all.

Special thanks to Aaron VMAstudios for all his hard work. Stay tuned for more to come!
