A wonderful miniature swimming Canada goose by Joseph Lincoln (1859-1938), measuring approximately 6.5” long. Strong original paint under an early coat of varnish that has darkened with a small amount of touchup at edge of the tail and a minor professional repair to a crack at base of the neck. A superb and unexpected addition to any miniature collection.

“Modern Americana” by Max Humphrey with Chase Reynolds Ewald is a fairly extensive survey of iconic design elements associated with vintage inspired style. More of a picture book with deluxe captions than a lot of in-depth history, “Modern Americana” will have you primed for the antique malls. The photographs are great and the captions are witty. Looking through the presentation, one can clearly see the confluence of rustic and vintage. In stock.

Slipping some much needed texture and variation into an otherwise “dimensioned” environment along with a nod to a bandanna and a saddle blanket.
