Rustic Furniture Design - Nancy Hatcher Daniel Build Rustic Furniture I turned the big 50 almost a year ago and I had been thinking about it for the entire year before the big day.

My 3 kids were all out of the house either starting their careers or attending college in another state. It was time for me to pick a new hobby. I searched the web and finally landed on building furniture. In the first year I have bought and learned how to use a wide range of power tools. I couldn't be happier with the hobby that I have chosen. I wanted to start this page to document my progress along the way. I have learned so many things, the 3 most important things so far are
1) there are so many great, patient and generous people out there that are willing to share their knowledge with people like me
2) you really can learn anything you want by watching a youtube video and finally
3) You are capable of anything! If you have any questions, please ask!
