What an incredible October it's been in downtown Grayslake! 🍂🍷We opened the doors to The Mini Market, welcomed hundreds of visitors during the Sips & Sweets Sparkling W**e Walk, and have already enjoyed so many wonderful moments with our customers, vendors, and community!

And we're just getting started! Just wait til The Dock is complete in the same building for our Dockside expansion! 🎉

With **25+ local makers, artists, and small businesses** under one roof, The Mini Market has quickly become a place to discover unique gifts, support local talent, meet friends, and enjoy a little downtown shopping.

From special events to everyday visits, we're creating something more than just a store — we're creating a place people genuinely enjoy being.

❤️ **If you haven't visited yet, come see what everyone's talking about!**

We had the grand opening for The Mini Market yesterday and it was great! Thank you to all our vendors and customers - everyone loved it!

Our Dockside space opens up next weekend for even MORE shopping within the shops at 31 S. Seymour!

Yesterday was the soft opening of The Mini Market of Grayslake, and we are so excited for everyone to see how this space has come together. This makes Dockside Furniture & Decor - Grayslake, IL and A little bit of me official partners on this adventure and it's been great!

What was once part of the Dockside showroom is now filled with an amazing collection of local makers, artists, handmade goods, home décor, gifts, plants, baked goods and so much more. Every little section has its own personality, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

And don’t worry — Dockside Furniture & Decor is still here! We’ve just moved more of Dockside into The Dock, where you can continue shopping our furniture, lake-life décor and other favorites.

Come wander around, discover some new local businesses, and see what we’ve been working so hard to create. Reminder our address is 31 S. Seymour in the Grayslake Village Center

The Mini Market of Grayslake is officially coming to life. ❤️

We are beyond excited for our neighbor, Closet Traders to put on another great Fall Merchant Market! Come join the fun on Saturday! We have a BIG secret we are revealing tomorrow as well - we have added The Mini Market within Dockside, a collection of 25 local vendors each with amazing products. So much more to come!!

This didn’t fit in a customer’s home so we have to get it out of the warehouse! Normally $1800, now just $1100. Wonderful piece!

72” long and so much storage!

✨ Introducing the Dock Exchange Collection! Something new is arriving at Dockside.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been carefully selecting unique furniture and home décor pieces that deserve a second life. In this case, it’s this beautiful, like new condition couch ($800)!

UPDATE: Couch is SOLD!

Instead of calling it “used furniture,” we’re introducing the Dock Exchange Collection—a rotating collection of quality pre-owned furniture, décor, artwork, and one-of-a-kind finds.

Every piece is inspected, cleaned, and thoughtfully displayed alongside our new furniture, making it easy to mix timeless finds with fresh styles.

This is just the beginning…

Over the next several days we’ll be bringing in new arrivals almost daily, so every visit will be a little different.

If you love discovering unique pieces before they’re gone, you’re going to love what’s coming.

The Dock Exchange Collection
Only at Dockside.
