"I found the sales representative Mercedes a true pleasure to talk too! She was upfront with me about the cost very reasonable and understanding in her communicating with me and presented me with good options to choose from. Personally i would rate her customer service skills around 20 or 30 stars because 5 stars are not enough! I like she wasn’t trying to pressure me and didn’t annoy me the moment I came through.." says Christopher on Google
