This is the part no one sees. It’s also the part that matters most.

Long before a cellar reaches a client’s home, it’s already been through hours most people will never think about. Every joint measured and fitted by hand. Every dowel and Confirmat screw placed with the same precision, whether it’s cellar one or cellar one thousand. Dry-assembled on our floor to catch what a drawing never could. Labeled component by component, so the install goes exactly as planned, the first time.

None of it is fast. None of it is meant to be.

That precision is what separates a w**e room from a Kessick w**e room — hand-fit joinery, hidden fasteners, construction built to outlast the house around it.🔅
