Is the order placed the day we discuss the order? Answer: We have many order request daily and to keep everyone in order we go by when deposit is paid. So for example if you ask about an order and we invoice for the deposit your order is not added until the deposit is met. So if you pay the deposit a week later your order will be started around however many weeks we are booked out at that time from the point the deposit was met. Do we deliver? Answer: Yes we do deliver for a fee. Based on the location will determine how much the delivery fee will be. Do we deliver out of state? Answer: Yes we do deliver out of state. Depending on location will determine the delivery fee. I have something I want built but don't see it on your page. Can you build it? Answer: Generally yes. If not we will let you know that we can't. All of our furniture you see on our page are custom built pieces that came from discussions, drawings or from a picture we were asked to build off of. Can I choose the colors of the stain or paint? Answer: Yes. Any of our items can be done in the stain and/or paint colors of your choice. Should I expect any delays? Answer: Yes it is possible. We are a small family business of two.
