💧 CITY OF HARVEYVILLE WATER PROJECT UPDATE 🌱

As our water project nears completion, please keep these important reminders in mind:

💧 Protect your water meter equipment:
The raised device on top of your meter lid sends readings to the City’s handheld readers. Please mow carefully around meter lids and avoid driving vehicles or equipment over them. Both the lids and reading devices can break if struck or driven over.

⚠️ If damage becomes an ongoing issue, customers may be responsible for replacement parts, with costs of up to $200.

🌱 Give new grass time to grow
For areas reseeded during the project, the construction company recommends waiting until grass reaches at least 6 inches before the first mowing. This gives the new grass time to establish roots.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we finish these improvements to Harveyville’s water system!

🌳 New additions at the Harveyville City Park! 🌳

We’re excited to share that the park now has a new grill for your next family cookout and a new baby swing for our littlest park visitors! 😊
