The national furniture repair company which had employed me left the New England area. Kristin had just completed a business program in college and together we decided to go into business. After marketing our service as a subcontractor for 3 national service companies and 3 national warranty companies, we began servicing most of the major retailers in New England. Sears Homelife, Montgomery Ward, Filenes, Macy’s and LC Penney were among the retailers we serviced either directly or as a 3rd party contractor. Business was good and our technician staff grew quickly. It’s been a fun roller coaster ride and retailers have come and gone, but throughout that time we’ve continued to expand our education skills to meet the current needs of retailers in our area. Our staff continues to evolve, while our list of services has expanded. We now have the ability to service just about any furniture repair need from upholstery, leather, vinyl, wood and mechanical to marble and granite. We have spent years developing and revising systems which will enable us to provide a unique and consistent service experience with each and every service call. Whether it’s a private customer calling us on the phone or a major retailer with 100+ service calls a week, we pride ourselves in providing our same unique service each and every time. Today our customers include retailers, warranty companies, hotels, professional buildings and the individual customer. Our primary focus in our team is ATTITUDE. It is our policy to hire for attitude and train the skills. We look forward to continuing to provide a memorable experience to all of our clients, old and new. Sincerely,
Greg & Kristin
