J.P Flooring & Shine is a licensed professional commercial floor cleaning company. We are currently looking for full time cleaning and flooring specialist who are willing to travel out of state, as well as work third shift. We currently have contracts with Regis Hair Salons. J.P Flooring & Shine is rapidly growing with plenty of opportunities to advance if you’re dependable, hardworking with an eye for detail.

Our services include but are not limited to sweeping, moping, swiffering, stripping, waxing and recoating hardwood, VCT, linoleum, deep cleansing of ceramic tile and newer hardwood. No experience required; we will train. Pay is commission, amount per store depends on experience and job performance.

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities:

Documenting completed stores. Completed stores must be turned in after every shift.
Every salon you complete, you are responsible for the customers satisfaction.
Move all reasonably moveable furniture in salon to clean under and behind.
Carry cleaning products and equipment to and from salon ans vehicle.
Preform all duties in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:

Must be over the age of 21
Must have and maintain valid drivers license, reliable vehicle and car insurance
Clean criminal background (exceptions may be considered at company’s discretion)
Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time with some lifting, can be a physically demanding job.
Must be able to work independently, as well as working with others.
Must be able to communicate with clients.
Keep a clean and professional appearance.
Must have high school diploma or GED.
