We had a great time at Treats & Trails over the weekend! The costumes were incredible, and it was wonderful to see so many families enjoying the day. Thank you to the ODC Network's Outdoor Discovery Center for hosting such a great event. We were excited to be there again this year!

Every great game needs people who are ready to take on the next challenge. Fortunately, our Customer Experience and Resolutions teams are full of them.

Last week, the teams celebrated Customer Service Week with a Level Up theme, recognizing the important role they play in supporting our dealers and customers every day. Team members recharged with a Power Up sound bath experience over lunch, tested their skills in a game show challenge, and enjoyed other activities throughout the week.

The week wrapped up with Franco presenting the Customer Service Person of the Year award to Earl and the Resolutions Person of the Year award to Victoria. Congratulations, to both winners thank you to our entire Customer Experience and Resolutions teams for the care, knowledge, and problem-solving you bring to our dealers and customers every day.

What is it like to work alongside your sister every day?

For Meredith and Mallory, it's more than sharing a workplace. It's having the chance to grow their careers together.

In this edition of our Made By Us series, the sisters from our Bruce plant share how they've developed their skills, embraced new opportunities, and continued to grow throughout their Haworth journey.

Summer may be winding down, but we're still celebrating the impact our Ludington members made in the community.

Over the past few months, volunteers helped clean up the Lake Michigan shoreline, supported Mason County students through the Back-to-School Backpack Bonanza, and participated in a local Adopt-A-Highway cleanup. Thank you to everyone who volunteered and helped make the Ludington community a better place to live and work.

What was your favorite volunteer experience this summer? Tell us in the comments!

Manufacturing Week gave us an opportunity to slow down for a moment and celebrate the people who make Haworth's success possible.

Last week, manufacturing members at all of our U.S. locations came together for lunches, sweet treats, giveaways, and a few friendly competitions. Members also received a custom Manufacturing Week t-shirt and had the chance to win a Yeti cooler. Most importantly, it was an opportunity to pause and celebrate the craftsmanship, teamwork, and dedication found across our operations every day. Thanks to all of our manufacturing members for everything you do.

Made By Us starts with the people behind the work.

Meet Tasha from our Ludington, MI plant. Over the next few weeks, we're getting to know the members who help shape what we do every day, sharing their experiences, their pride in their work, and what makes Haworth a meaningful place to build a career.

A little rain didn't keep our Medical Center team from hosting a booth at the Holland Hospital School Nurse Fun Run last week. Thank you to this team for the support you provide to our members and for being engaged in our community!

When we say “Haworth made,” we mean more than where our products are built. We mean made with care, guided by craft, and handled with pride—from the first step to the final detail.

This National Manufacturing Week, we celebrate the people behind every product and the teams across Michigan, North Carolina, and Mississippi who make it all possible.

Made with care. Made with pride. Made by all of us.

Twenty-five volunteers. Forty-four bags of litter. One shared goal: helping keep our community beautiful. 🌎

Last week, members from our Big Rapids Components and Big Rapids Wood teams participated in an Adopt-A-Highway cleanup, spending time outdoors and making a visible difference along the roadways they help care for.

Thank you to everyone who pitched in!
