This is a 110 year old long leaf pine floor that I had refinished with an oil/wax from Rubio Monocoat, it looks like a piece of furniture!

This was a home in Memorial that we Remodeled. We had to lift the Metal stair with a crane over the house and through the trees. We added a balcony overlooking the pool (that we remodeled) and a porch with kitchen below. the stairs were finished with cast stone treads. we also added a putting green in the rear.

My client wanted to have a small classy powder bath down, so we put in a glass counter top and glass sink then lite from below.
