Final assembly complete on the walnut desk. This has three open cubbies on the front and a shelf set 6" above the desktop for a monitor. Just needs a final polish and ready to deliver tomorrow.

We're working on a small walnut desk today, 44" x 21" top with a full length 8 1/2" wide shelf on top. Just finished staining and applying an oil finish. I'll cut the shelf risers and finish them tomorrow then all ready for assembly.

A 43" x 102" dining table in 1.5" thick solid walnut for a customer. The customer picked the wood and wanted the knot holes filled with black epoxy.

We are currently working on a white oak desk (7' x 2') and credenza, here's the top and legs roughed out for the desk.

Working on the installation of an outdoor bar. This one is about 5 1/2' x 7', the base is made with rough sawn cedar with Cape Cod Grey solid oil based stain. The top are two 20" live edge cedar slabs with a clear finish. The finish still needs to be applied to the tops and another coat of grey on the base. Under the cabinet top is one 23" wide door for storage and two fridge units, one for wine and one for canned drinks.

Sorry for the poor quality picture, but I forgot to take my real camera for this installation. This is a 36" w x 38" high wall cabinet with dividers on the bottom for storing dog leads, keys, mail etc., and a 28 x 28 section of corkboard on the top for hanging calendars and notes. It's actually a lot darker than the photo shows, birch stained espresso colr to match their kitchen cabinets.

We delivered the custom chess table today, 42" diameter built with Peruvian walnut, curly maple and mahogany trim around the chess board. The chess board squares are 3" x 3".

These are the parts of the chess table we have been building. Peruvian walnut and curly maple, with mahogany for the trim around the board. The base is finished and I've just put the first coat of finish on the top, hopefully it all gets assembled in 3 days. Still lots of finish sanding and additional coats of finish to go.

This is a large chess board (3" squares), we will be setting it into a 42" diameter round walnut table, as soon as I get the table built. Currently just rough sanded and wetted to show the grain. Curly maple and walnut.

Dry fitting the walnut record cabinet this morning. I'll disassemble now, finish the edge molding, final sand and stain and then the main case will be ready to glue up. This one has mortise and tenon joints for the main case, all in solid walnut.
