A reminder: photos can be VERY misleading. Always visit the property in person before making a decision. Look at the actual condition, the amenities, the noise, the street, the area, everything.

Also, negotiate. This place went from 30 million to 28 million immediately. Still not worth it to me for what was offered. Baby I need amenities and not just a pool 🤣🤭
