Our Beefpokers BBQ team had the privilege to be on Fox 26 this afternoon to talk great BBQ and our greatly missed and beloved founder, Kevin Morosin. This is our first year without Kevin and he’s greatly missed. Thanks to all that worked hard to put everything together here in 2026, especially Detra Morosin and Dalton Blonstein for keeping the legacy going. Let’s have fun and Yee Haw!

Had a good meeting.

Have you ever thought of what goes on inside NRG before the Rideo starts. This is about 11:30am. I usually will head over early, but this year I’m going in earlier through my ??? Get in place early, because I’m riding my scooter in, since it’s a ways away from the Hoilday Inn back door on to NRG and I’m still recovering from heart stuff and then getting a severe sinus infection and a tract infection after Cookoff and being put on what I call Zombie Antibiotics. They just tear you down too. All most done with them. Woo Hoo, at least I’m starting to feel better. Just got to get my energy back.
