When glue-ups go well, they are satisfying and cathartic. Even with the angles on these two faux beams, everything just clicked (thankfully). We’ll do clean up on them tomorrow, and install soon!

I did finish this table top. I’m just bad at social media these days, so I’m using pics that someone else took of the finished product in-place. 😅 I’m still pretty pumped about these radius templates that I printed.

All but finished with this sassafras patio tabletop. Speaking of finish… that’s it. That’s what’s left. Hoping to spray some water-based spar urethane on tomorrow, and attach it to the base.

This dude walked into the shop today, and said, “I wanna make sumpin with you.” And so we did. Our first build together!

He also had fun crawling through the outfeed table and pretending offcuts were swords and airplanes. And he’s sporting his brand new optics, to boot. 😎

I’m getting worse about getting pics of the final product. I’ve been out of the game for the past eight months and it shows. 🥴 Anyway, here’s a ladder that I built for a built-in bunk bed that I helped to construct.

Forgot to upload this mirror frame that I FINALLY got to install. Things are weird with two kids and a new job. 🥴 Also, I’ve said it probably 10 times in the past two years, but genuinely — I’m never. staining. again.

We welcomed our SECOND into the world in February. She is genuinely perfect, and her big brother is genuinely obsessed with her. She’s amazing, and we are loving our family of four! 🤗 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

This weekend, I finally got my router lift installed (that I got for Christmas 😅), and man what an upgrade. She got the initial break-in today. Also retrofitted the control switch from the router table, along with my own retrofitted speed controller inside of that. Now to finish this mirror frame out ——
