These antique doors left me with a little trauma. A client reached out wanting me to finish restoring these after she tried to start the process and realized she was in over her head. Removing the old paint and finish was the easy part. The wood was so old and dry, it splinered as I hand sanded the details. I received several large splinters right under my fingernails, much like bamboo shoot torture. They were worth it though! Just look how beautiful they came out! The large repair areas are invisible.

This beautiful tall dresser by Henredon didn't last long and you can see why. This is perfection in feminine sophistication. A beautiful Dusky Pink, sunflower brass hardware, and braided rope detail.

This is an amazing Mid-Century Modern Walnut Sculpted Long Credenza Dresser by Basic-Witz, c.1960 from their Brass-Lined Handle Line. This has been fully restored to it's original glory!

I love a dipped wood set! You can highlight the wood grain while still getting a pop of color from paint. I bought the fluted nightstand pair a while ago and was just waiting for the perfect dresser to pair it with. I found this nine more mid-century modern dresser with fluting that paired perfectly. The nightstands have brass feet at one point that had been removed and lost. Normally I would have tried to replace them, but despite my best efforts I was unable to find brass foot covers that were tall enough. I recreated the leg shape with wood Bondo, and you never know that there was an indent there before.

This absolutely stunning Jacobean Buffet has been given a new identity! This heavy piece has been lighten with Cashmere paint, Cappuccino Stain highlights the woodgrain on top and detailed legs, and accessorized with gorgeous sage colored crystal drop pulls. The interior spaces reflect the sage tone with Eucalyptus paint. This is currently available for purchase!
