A kitchen we finished up right before the holidays. The customer wanted to give their kitchen a fresh new look, the older cabinets were not installed very well and were starting to fall apart. I worked with them on the design, and we even built them a custom dining room table that not only was big enough for the family it incorporated some extra storage there as well! The first shot is the before, they were very happy with the finished product!

Got in some photos of a fun one we did back in Fall, the customer was kind enough to send me some photos of the completed job. We had done some work for him at a previous house using ambrosia/wormy Maple, so he contacted us about doing a kitchen with it for his new home. I hope everyone has had a busy summer like us, I will have some more photos coming up but here is a sneak peek at a bathroom vanity and linen closet we did, I will put up finished photos soon with the top on and mirror installed. Now let's bring on Fall and some cooler weather!

We did a custom built-in bar for a wonderful customer a few years back. They are currently selling their old home and purchasing a new one. He reached out a week or so ago to let me know they want some custom cabinet's done at the new place. Last night he sent me a text of a sign his relator made at the place they are selling....got to say this made my day!

Do you want something unusual and out of the box? Give us a call! This is a home office we did using wormy maple on the face frame and door/drawer fronts. It even has a secret door to access a storage closet that was already in the room. Wormy maple is basically a diseased tree or one that fell early, and the unique coloration comes from the insects, and fungus starting to break it down. It is kiln dried to kill all fungus and infestation, but the fungus and insects leave their mark by staining and discoloring the wood, and you are left with a one-of-a-kind look. A fun kitchen we finished up just before Christmas with our friends at Waxhaw Renovations. Looking for a brand-new custom kitchen? We build and finish everything ourselves using 4/4" maple veneer wood core domestic plywood with solid maple door frames and face frames for our painted cabinets, then we use a water-based LEEDS certified cabinet lacquer for the finish.
