A little piece of each of us. A story still in the making.

Last week at IIDA Wisconsin NeoConsin, we invited attendees to add their own piece to a collaborative art installation inspired by Tarkett's In the Making collection.

What started as an empty canvas slowly became something entirely its own, shaped by the people who stopped by, shared a thought, and added a little creativity along the way.

We’re proud to see the Endeavor Health Cardiovascular Institute featured as the cover project in the September issue of Healthcare Design.

Located on the Edward Hospital campus in Naperville, the three-story facility brings multiple cardiovascular services together within one cohesive, patient-centered environment. Nature-inspired details, intuitive wayfinding and hospitality-influenced spaces create a calming experience while supporting advanced care, diagnostics and rehabilitation.

At our Minneapolis Design Café, Amanda Schneider, LEED AP, MBA, founder and president of ThinkLab, explored how generational perspectives influence the way we see, hear and respond to one another. Her message centered on mentorship and the idea that every interaction is an opportunity to listen, learn and build greater understanding.

Amanda challenged us to rethink the assumptions we make about generations, workplace culture, and connection, and shared research-driven insights for building trust across an increasingly digital and diverse workplace.
