❤️ Building Stronger Communities Through Housing Education and Support!

Members of the Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Board of REALTORS® (CCBR) Public Relations Committee were proud to present a check to the Salvation Army Anew Center in support of its important work in our community.

Following the check presentation, CCBR members teamed up with our friends at Chautauqua Home Rehabilitation and Improvement Corporation (CHRIC) and Community Bank for an educational event focused on helping community members navigate their housing journeys. Informational tables provided valuable resources on topics including first-time home-buying, Renting 101, financial readiness, grants, and other opportunities.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to come together with community partners who share a commitment to providing education, resources, and support to help individuals and families find their path toward home. 🏡

A big thank-you to the Salvation Army Anew Center, Chautauqua Home Rehabilitation and Improvement Corporation, Community Bank, and everyone who helped make this event possible! 💙

✨ What a great day at Agents Day! ✨

We had an incredible time on Wednesday, September 30th, at the Chautauqua Harbor Hotel, bringing together 90 of our REALTOR® Members for a day filled with learning, connection, and conversation.

Our Members had the opportunity to hear from knowledgeable guest speakers and gather valuable insights on timely and pertinent topics affecting today’s local real estate industry.

A BIG thank you to our amazing guest speakers for sharing your expertise, knowledge, and time with us. We truly appreciate the valuable information you brought to our Members. 👏

We also want to extend our thanks to all of our sponsors for their generous support. Your partnership helps us continue to provide meaningful educational and networking opportunities for our members. We couldn’t do it without you! 💙

The Cattaraugus Region Community Foundation held its annual Friends of the Foundation Luncheon yesterday to recognize this year's scholarship recipients.

CCBR Immediate Past President and Scholarship Chairperson Kelly Patrone, along with Past President Dennis Pezzimenti, had the opportunity to catch up with Austin Gloss, one of CCBR's 2026 Scholarship Recipients!

Austin graduated from Cassadaga Valley Central School and will attend SUNY Buffalo State University this fall, where he will major in Communication Studies.

Congratulations to Austin and all of this year's scholarship award recipients! We wish you continued success in your academic journey and beyond.

Yesterday, our REALTORS® were proud to give back to the SPCA in Cattaraugus County in celebration of NAR's "REALTORS® Are Good Neighbors" Volunteer Days.

Our volunteer team spent the afternoon revitalizing the memorial garden, a meaningful area of the SPCA grounds, by weeding, edging, cleaning stones, and adding a fresh coat of paint --- It was a rewarding opportunity to help maintain a special place!

Of course, the day wasn't all "ruff" work! A few of the SPCA's four-legged residents enjoyed taking some of our REALTORS® for walks around the property!

Thank you to the SPCA in Cattaraugus County for the important work you do every day for animals in our community. We were honored to lend a paw!

It was a beautiful morning in Westfield, NY as CCBR Members gathered at Barcelona Harbor Beach for our annual beach clean-up day!

Today's beach clean-up project was in observance of the National Association of REALTORS® "REALTORS® are Good Neighbors" Volunteer Days.

In addition to "Good Neighbors" Days, your local REALTORS® strive to complete several other projects throughout the year that make a positive and lasting impact where we live and work!!

Thank you to all of the REALTORS® who donated their time this morning! We are excited for tomorrow’s project in Olean at the SPCA!
