*Celebrate 50 years of Hip Hop Style *

In 2021, Courtney Sloane Design (CSD) was invited by the Museum at Fashion Institute of Technology (๐Œ๐…๐ˆ๐“) Curators, Elena Romero and Elizabeth Way, to design ๐…๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ก, ๐…๐ฅ๐ฒ, ๐…๐š๐›๐ฎ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ: ๐Ÿ“๐ŸŽ ๐˜๐ž๐š๐ซ๐ฌ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐‡๐ข๐ฉ ๐‡๐จ๐ฉ ๐’๐ญ๐ฒ๐ฅ๐ž, the Exhibition and a companion book published by ๐‘๐ข๐ณ๐ณ๐จ๐ฅ๐ข/๐„๐ฅ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ซ๐š.

๐‚๐’๐ƒ was also responsible for the design of the ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ“๐ญ๐ก ๐ฒ๐ž๐š๐ซ ๐‡๐ข๐ฉ ๐‡๐จ๐ฉ ๐€๐ง๐ง๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐„๐ฑ๐ก๐ข๐›๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ข๐ง ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ—๐Ÿ—๐Ÿ– ๐š๐ญ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐‘๐จ๐œ๐ค & ๐‘๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐‡๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐…๐š๐ฆ๐ž ๐š๐ง๐ ๐Œ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐ข๐ง ๐‚๐ฅ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ๐š๐ง๐.

The Exhibit will be on view from ๐…๐ž๐›๐ซ๐ฎ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐Ÿ–๐ญ๐ก โ€“ ๐€๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข๐ฅ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ‘๐ซ๐, ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ‘. Entrance to the exhibit is completely free and open Wednesdays โ€“ Fridays: Noon โ€“ 8pm & Saturdays โ€“ Sundays: 10am โ€“ 5pm.

Have you ever considered a community style office space?

When we made the decision to close our store front and merge our company into one, we also decided to relocate our office space.

In deciding what type of space we wanted going forward, we thought it was a no-brainer to incorporate a more modern approach and so we opted for a shared office space - like an all in one approach.

Not only can shared office space be cost effective, but it can provide the opportunity to build community with other business owners, in addition to offering different areas throughout the space to meet with our team members, clients and vendors. Not to mention we have ample space for our pop-up events.

We are glad that our clients love the new space just as much as we do.

The objective was to renovate and reposition a pre war 35 unit rental building into mid market condos. The scope of our work consisted of
