At Holston House Nashville, part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, guestroom casegoods take their cue from the city.

Cognac leather, dark wood, metal detailing, and deep blue upholstery give the room a rich, slightly rugged character. The result feels distinctly Nashville while remaining polished and restrained.

That individuality is especially fitting for The Unbound Collection, which gives each property room to express its own character. For LCM, projects like Holston House show that with the right manufacturing partner, the design can stay expressive while the process stays disciplined.

At Hyatt Centric Chicago O’Hare, casegoods handle multiple guest needs within a room that still feels cohesive and composed.

The TV wall incorporates seating and storage, while the wardrobe brings together hanging space, luggage storage, a safe, and a refrigerator. Across the room, repeated finishes, dark framing, and streamlined hardware help each function feel like part of the same interior.

When multiple casegoods are designed as part of one guestroom composition, changes and decisions can affect more than a single piece. LCM’s clear communication throughout production helps keep the full package aligned.

Storage doesn’t have to disappear into the room.

At Senna House, the full-height wardrobe brings generous storage into the guestroom through glass-front doors, integrated lighting, and a substantial wood frame. Paired with the adjoining drawers and TV console, the pieces read as one considered composition rather than separate functional elements.

In hospitality casegoods, storage has to work hard for the guest while belonging to the interior design. LCM’s project management and quality oversight help ensure those functional details are executed accurately and remain true to the designer’s intent.

Texture does a lot of the talking in this Seahaus Hotel chair designed by Beleco.

A woven back brings natural texture to the dark wood frame, while the upholstered seat softens the piece and adds comfort. The contrast keeps the silhouette light and refined, giving the chair a crafted feel without overcomplicating the design.

Hospitality seating has to balance design with the realities of repeated guest use. With more than 17 years focused exclusively on hospitality furniture, LCM brings that experience to pieces where comfort and performance matter.

Fall/Winter 2026 is leaning into the kind of rich, grounded color that hospitality has always worn well.

Across LCM projects, cocoa, espresso, burgundy, cognac, and charcoal appear through wood, leather, upholstery, and metal finishes, giving the palette depth without tying it to a single aesthetic.

These tones endure because of their versatility. They bring richness to a dramatic interior, warmth to a residential one, or contrast to a more restrained palette.

A fashion moment now. A hospitality palette with much more staying power.

Big news: LCM is now an approved manufacturer for Residence Inn by Marriott.

The approval expands our Marriott portfolio and gives owners and procurement teams a new LCM-supported option for Residence Inn’s current Layered Living program, including both the Honed and Weave schemes.

Residence Inn guestrooms are built around extended stays, with full kitchens and separate living and sleeping spaces. The furniture program supports that residential feel with oak veneer and metal accents.

With experience supporting five other Marriott brands, LCM brings an established understanding of brand standards and large-scale hospitality ex*****on to the Residence Inn program.

We’re excited to add Residence Inn to the LCM portfolio and even more excited for what comes next.

A quick look around Merriweather Lakehouse, Autograph Collection.

We recently revisited the property and saw LCM’s casegoods in place, from bedside storage and work surfaces to the bathroom vanity and kitchenette cabinetry.

Warm wood, softened curves, and beautifully integrated storage shape the guestroom casegoods LCM brought to life for Caption by Hyatt Downtown Nashville – The Gulch.

The wardrobe shown here is a great example. Its curved upper corners, illuminated interior, and adjoining luggage bench give the wardrobe a more architectural presence within the guestroom.
