See all that new aluminum on the front of this trailer? Yea there’s new beams behind there too. Employees jack knifed and destroyed front of trailer. Customer, can you extend the tongue? Me: Sure can! But don’t jack knife again! The new tongue is 3/4” thick at the web and welded solid!…. Guess my next job will be a new bumper for this client! Ha!

This was a challenging one! Aluminum mass air flow sensor welded to 1/16” thick tubing. No blow through so worked out well! A Sunday have to have it done so I can take my car to tuner on Monday clients job. Made it happen!

Was a nasty paint, rust, thin material miracle today! Came out good! Customer really happy!

When you thought you could patch it yourself then realized that wasn’t magical crappy weld erasing yellow paint! Glad they brought it to me to help!

This was a challenging one! Tongue completely rotted and ended up having to replace 1st and 2nd crossmembers. All in the comforts of this clients front yard! Mobile welding and fabrication is what it says on the side of my trailer! I can make it happen!

Spliced a small beam today too! Came out pretty good for being in the middle of nowhere!

Another day another crack! They don’t call me the “worlds okayest welder” for nothing! Even have the sticker to prove it!
