For Transformation Tuesday we are highlighting a recent Mantoloking guest bathroom.

In this bathroom, we installed a Thibaut protea wallpaper on two walls. Immediately it brought light, warmth, and sophistication to this space while expanding it visually.

Don’t underestimate the power of a great wallpaper. It can change the entire mood of your space!

We designed these custom built-ins for our Lava Cove project and we love how they turned out!
The lighting and grasscloth wall covering were the perfect finishing touch.

This year-round home enjoys a full house of family and guests during the summer months. This led us to creating a large seating area including ottomans for extra guests.

All of the upholstered furniture was finished in performance fabrics by Vanguard Furniture.

The super comfy swivels are covered in a treated performance velvet fabric and protected from the bright sunshine.

The twin sofas are covered in a performance neutral tweed. These are as comfortable in the summer weather as they are when draped in faux fur throws and a fireplace going in the next few months.

The Vanguard Furniture 60” cocktail table is massive and grounds the room. We selected a warm wood stain for a timeless look.
All seats can reach the table and at times you’ll find it being used as a leg rest.

The custom carpet is Sawyer by Stanton Carpet.

Floor lamp and raffia and oak side table by PALECEK.

As we’ve been busy with interior design projects all season, we could use an extra set of hands.

We’re looking for a design professional to walk through projects with us, communicate with our construction teams, and help us create beautiful spaces.

Please send your resumé to Joanne Marino at

Looking back at our Ortley Beach design project of 2025. We loved working on this new construction home and furnishing the window treatments, artwork, rugs and furniture.

We also had the opportunity to work with our clients’ builder on the kitchen design so we were able to recommend lighting, hardware and stone countertops to the beautiful white kitchen.

Follow along and we’ll share some more of our past and present design projects.

Let us help you design your dream home.
