Do you love purple? 💜

I’m gonna be honest, I was never a huge purple fan until we developed Plum Pudding for our Cottage Color paint line! It’s the perfect smoky, French country purple, and now I can’t get enough of it!

Someone even commented on yesterday’s video that it’s a “neutral purple,” and I couldn’t agree more! It pairs so beautifully with vintage florals, warm wood tones, and all things cottage style. 🌸

Yesterday’s thrift flips were simple, but sometimes those are my favorite projects! A little paint, some pretty details, and a bit of creativity can give discarded treasures a whole new life.

So tell me, are you a purple lover, or do you need a little convincing like I did? 💜

Today’s Waste Not Wednesday thrift flips were all about adding a little vintage glam and French country charm! 💛

We took thrifted treasures and gave them gorgeous, high-end makeovers using DIY Golden Ticket, DIY Dark Wax, IOD Joie Des Roses Transfer, IOD Emporium Gilded Transfer, JRV Rice Paper, and the By Any Other Name Transfer!

I just LOVE how a little paint, gold, and creativity can turn something outdated into something beautiful! 😍

We can’t believe we let our barn get THIS BAD! 😳 Years of collecting, saving things for future projects, and saying “we might need that someday” finally caught up with us!

Today, we are tackling one of our biggest cleanout projects yet. We’re digging through years of accumulated junk, sorting through forgotten treasures, loading up the trailer, and hauling away a whole lot of scrap metal!

Some things are worth saving, some things are worth selling, and some things just HAVE TO GO! 😂

If you’ve ever had a barn, garage, or workshop that turned into a catch-all for everything you didn’t know what to do with, you know exactly how this happens!

Come along as we tackle the mess, rediscover a few forgotten things, and make some much-needed room for future projects.

A little Cottage Color Paint and some beautiful Iron Orchid Designs transfers gave these thrifted treasures the prettiest French country makeover! 🌸

I seriously never get tired of taking discarded, outdated pieces and giving them a whole new life. It’s amazing what a little paint and creativity can do! And the best part? Creating beautiful home decor without spending a fortune!
