The Cabinetry Studio in Lewisburg is hiring—and this isn’t your typical Kitchen Designer position.
We’re looking for someone who wants to combine kitchen design, sales, relationship building, and business development to help grow The Cabinetry Studio.
MLBS provides the platform. You build the business.
You’ll have an established showroom, quality cabinetry lines, vendor relationships, delivery capabilities, marketing resources, systems and support, existing customer relationships, and an established company behind you.
What we’re looking for is the drive to create opportunities and grow the business.
This isn’t a mature book of business where you simply manage customers who walk through the door. Especially early on, you’ll be expected to roll up your sleeves—develop contractor and builder relationships, create opportunities, build a pipeline, serve customers, and figure out what works.
In return, you’ll have significant autonomy and flexibility to shape how you operate. As you prove what works and the business grows, the opportunity can grow with you.
Kitchen, cabinetry, or design experience is strongly preferred, but we’re also open to an exceptional salesperson or business builder from a related industry who has the ability and desire to learn.
💰 $60,000–$80,000+ OR MORE earning once established
