Curly maple is one of my favorite woods to work with! However, when you apply any stain whatsoever, you must be very careful!! I recommend Transtint dyes, so you can evenly get the colors absorbed. Blotching may occur with maple, with regular stain. 😉

Most recent design: black walnut live edge combined with industrial cast iron for that “edge”! 😆 (Yeh, I’m a dork!) These clients have an artistic side and may enjoy mixed mediums as much as I do!
