Nicholasville, Kentucky another restoration well done. I spend a lot of time and passion on the inside of his home which states back again around 1790. On the homes that I do in Kentucky around that time is probably done by the same builder. The reason why I say that is a lot of the woodwork looks the same. I’m honored to have done these jobs. And they turned out so beautiful and the customers absolutely love them. I am truly blessed.
Did all the mill work and finishing on the inside of this beautiful historical restoration and some outside. Hand scraped floors, one must remember that the reclaimed wood was filthy and had to be cleaned. The flooring and ceiling comes from makers, mark distillery, Rickhouse and yes, it smelt like bourbon. I love what I do and I’m pretty sure it shows. Description of the house 1790 and has a relation with Daniel Boone and been visited by Robert Patterson. I’ve done several historical restorations.

Woodland Christian Church in Lexington, Kentucky, was officially founded in 1908. The congregation first met on May 24, 1908, and the original frame building was dedicated on November 20, 1908. The current brick building, which is part of an ongoing restoration, was built in 1924–1925.

Making Floors beautiful Again..
I dedicated my life to making Hardwood floors beautiful, and lusterous. Over 45 years experience and counting to exceed all Expect expectations how a floor should look and by National Wood Flooring Association, guidelines, and specifications. Trained at local 1861 Hardwood Floor union. Besides working for the top union shops through my younger career and Hardwood Floors.
From floor leveling , water base finishes , oil base finishes, Tung Oils. It’s hard to top my work and it’s at a great price. Being a small company I do not have a lot of overhead. Here’s a very unique old subfloor that I sanded. 1890’s 700 sqf with 5 full contractor garbage bags full of wood dust. That’s a lot of dust guys. Perfectly sanded, even to get to the cleanest wood I can get to. Without taking the full life out of the floor. Upstairs only and the staircase. The customers wanted to keep the beautiful diverse natural look as possible with a little gray so I went with the Weathered Oak stain Minwax. They absolutely love it.

Parcel sanding on this water damaged repair on a blend of existing 5” oak. You can’t tell where I started or stopped in the middle of the floor.
